1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. If you didn’t get any email from us and you have already checked through your junk emails, please contact us at email@example.com
Please review the confirmation email and contact us if you notice any mistakes.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
We offer free shipping within Itlay via BRT. For international orders, we ship our packages via FEDEX. Please mind that you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.

VALIGI ships exclusively from Italy (CET time zone) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Please consider 2 business days from purchasing time (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. Processing time is required to review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
VALIGI cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are out of VALIGI control.
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to VALIGI by the courier, we will contact you to either re-ship or a refund the merchandise. Please mind that the original shipping cost and custom duties are not refundable.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances when we run out of stock for an item. If there is an atypical delay in your order’s processing time, or if your order is cancelled for any reason, we will reach out with an order update.
You will receive an email when your package ships, detailing your order recap and estimated shipping time.
Losses or Damages
Customers are kindly invited to carefully inspect the parcel before signing and confirming order delivery.
In case the customer receives a parcel that has been opened by customs or by the courier for authorized inspections, the parcel will be closed with a guarantee seal by the authorities.
If the parcel appears damaged, please refuse the package delivery and open a claim with the carrier office (BRT or FEDEX) and promptly contact VALIGI at email@example.com
If the parcel presents any kind of alteration, and the customer doesn’t refuse it, delivery will be considered automatically accepted and consequently VALIGI will not accept any related claim.
VALIGI does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned food while in transit.
3. RETURN POLICY
For your convenience, we accept returns for up to 15 days following receipt of your VALIGI package. Before returning your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return approval. We will not accept and process returns that have not been approved by us. We ask that the item be unworn and in the same condition as when they received it with all packaging included, tags still attached, and the receipt. We do not accept returns for items that have been altered or made to order as they are final sales.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you return a gift, you can receive store credit to choose a new VALIGI piece. If you exchange a product that has changed price since you first placed your order, we will not refund you the difference.
Since we are a small-scale production, exchanges are subject to availability. You might have to receive a refund approval and place a new order through our website.
Any return shipping costs are at your charge.
We do not refund shipping charges.
Each order is carefully wrapped in a sustainable packaging. Please contact us for any special packaging requests.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. Additionally, your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Alipay, Apple Pay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Euros (€).
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
We provide you areas on the Site to leave product reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:
(1) you should have firsthand experience with the product being reviewed;
(2) your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hate language;
(3) your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability;
(4) your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity;
(5) you should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews;
(6) you should not make any conclusions as to the legality of conduct;
(7) you may not post any false or misleading statements;
(8) you may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. Reviews are not endorsed by us, and do not necessarily represent our opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners. We do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review. By posting a review, you hereby grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, assignable, and sub-licensable right and license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute all content relating to reviews.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Site may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content").
Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Websites accessed through the Site.
Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content
does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access the Third-Party
no longer govern.
